Why a Local Installer Matters in Central Florida

  • Wind-borne debris rules. Florida's Building Code requires impact-rated openings in specific coastal zones. Requirements differ between Pinellas, Orange, and Polk, and a licensed local contractor knows which apply to your address.
  • Permit offices we know. Every county and city runs its own permitting process. Working locally means fewer delays and fewer surprises at inspection.
  • Salt air and UV exposure. Properties near the Gulf need hardware, finishes, and sealants chosen for coastal conditions.
  • Service after the sale. A local installer can return to adjust or service what they installed. Out-of-state storm-chasers cannot.
  • Insurance and wind mitigation. Documentation that openings meet code can support a wind mitigation credit with your carrier.

Service Area FAQ

What areas of Central Florida do you serve?

We serve eight counties across Central Florida: Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, Hernando, Polk, Orange, Manatee, and Sarasota. That covers Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Tampa, Brandon, Lakeland, Orlando, Bradenton, Sarasota, and the surrounding communities.

Is the in-home estimate really free?

Yes. One of our product specialists visits your home, measures the openings, reviews the product options with you, and leaves you with a written, no-obligation quote. There is no charge and no pressure to sign anything during the visit.

Do you handle permits and inspections in my county?

We do. Permit requirements vary by county and municipality, and Florida's wind-borne debris regions add product approval requirements. We handle the permit application, the required product documentation, and the inspection on your behalf as part of the installation.

How soon can you come out to my home?

Appointment availability depends on the time of year and your location. Calling (888) 230-0243 or (407) 607-6528 is the fastest way to check current openings. In most cases we can schedule an in-home consultation within a few business days.

My town isn't listed. Can you still help?

Call us and ask. The county list above is our regular coverage area and we travel throughout those counties, so a town that isn't named individually may still be within reach. If we can't serve you well, we will tell you rather than waste your time.
