Windows & Doors
Impact and non-impact windows, sliding glass doors, French doors, and entry doors. PGT, Simonton and Plastpro — selected for Florida's heat, humidity, and storm season, and installed by our own highly experienced and professional crews.
Every unit we install is chosen for a reason: thermal performance that stands up to Florida sun, water management that handles our afternoon storms, and frames that will not rot, warp, or need painting.
Not sure which product fits your home? A specialist will bring samples to your free in-home consultation.
A product is only as good as its installation. Here is how a project runs with us.
A product specialist visits your home, measures each opening, reviews your exposures and goals, and brings samples so you can compare frames, glass and finishes in your own light.
You receive a clear, itemized quote for the products you have chosen — impact versus non-impact by opening, glass options, and finish selections — with no pressure and no hidden add-ons.
Our licensed crews remove the old units, prepare the openings, set, flash and seal the new products, and leave the work area clean. Workmanship is covered in writing. Read about our warranty coverage.
We walk the project with you, confirm operation and finish, and register your warranty documents. Our 3-Year Anniversary Inspection Program checks back on the installation later for peace of mind.
Impact windows use laminated glass and reinforced frames to resist wind-borne debris, and are often the right choice in coastal and High Velocity Hurricane Zone areas, where they may also reduce homeowners insurance premiums. Non-impact windows use standard insulated glass, cost less per opening, and deliver strong energy performance. Many Central Florida homes are a mix: impact on exposed elevations and non-impact where protection is less critical. We will walk your home and tell you honestly which openings benefit most.
Windows and doors are among the largest sources of heat gain in a Florida home. Modern units with insulated low-emissivity glass, warm-edge spacers, and properly sealed frames reduce solar heat gain and air infiltration, which takes pressure off your air conditioning. Actual savings depend on the age and condition of your current units, your sun exposure, and how well your home is insulated.
Yes. We offer a range of frame colors and finishes, grid patterns, glass tints, and door styles. During your free in-home consultation we compare your existing units and help you select a profile, grid, and finish that fits the architecture of your home and your neighborhood.
Impact-rated windows and doors commonly qualify for wind mitigation credits with Florida insurers because they reduce the risk of breach during a storm. Credits vary by carrier and by the other features of your home. Ask your agent what documentation they need, and we will provide the product approval numbers and installation details for your units.
Most residential replacement projects are measured in days, not weeks, once materials arrive. Product lead times vary by manufacturer and by how custom your order is. During your consultation we give you a realistic schedule for your specific product lines and a clear installation window.
Yes. A product specialist brings samples and literature to your home so you can see and handle frame profiles, glass samples, and door styles in your own lighting. Call (888) 230-0243 or (407) 607-6528 to schedule a free in-home consultation.
Impact windows and doors are themselves the opening protection, so if every opening in your home is impact-rated you generally do not need shutters. Shutters make sense where an opening is still non-impact, where you want a second layer of defense for a garage or screen enclosure, or where you prefer the year-round shade and look of fixed Bahama or colonial shutters. We will review your openings and tell you which already meet Florida code and which may need added protection.
